There is a film called "After Life" whose theme is that when people die, they come before a panel and have to choose one moment in their lives which they then have to live in throughout eternity. I knew immediately what I would pick. It's what I did every morning, sit in an easy chair with my cup of tea and a muffin, and stroke Swami -- we were both joyously happy the whole while of these half hours, during which time stood still.
